At triplezero, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help:

Eligibility for Returns
⦁ Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
⦁ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
⦁ We do not accept returns on sale items, final clearance items, or gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at hello@triplezero.store or use the contact form below with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for the return.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
⦁ We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour (if available) and you are liable for postage sending the item back and sending it to you again.
⦁ If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
⦁ If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
⦁ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part.
